Food provides energy and keeps us running every day. In fact, food is one of our basic needs and without it, our survival is not possible. Not only humans but every living creature on earth needs food for their sustainability. There are so many different kinds of foods available; if one kind is the source of energy, then another kind provides immunity against diseases or other different kind is stored as fat for future energy requirements. We cannot consume or rely on a single type of food for everything. That is why a well planned balanced diet is necessary for us that will keep our physical, mental and spiritual spirit high at a higher and optimum level.
